Mildred Bannie Buck McBee

Mildred Bannie McBee entered this life on October 14, 1915 in Caney, OK, born to Clarence and Martha Buck. Mildred went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 11, 2018 in Calera, OK at the age of 102 years, 02 months and 28 days.

Mildred attended schools in Cobb, OK. She was of the Baptist faith and was a believer, worshipping at Fairview Baptist Church. Mildred worked as a Nurses Aide for many years and also worked in the School System. She loved gardening, sewing, and canning, but also loved working with children. Mildred will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Clarence and Martha Buck, husband, Ewell McBee.

Mildred is survived by her son, Keith McBee and wife Sharon of Durant, OK; granddaughter, Micki Stampley of Durant, OK; great-grandchildren, Chase, Chandler, and Cheri Stampley all of Durant OK, and a host of other family friends and loved ones.

Funeral Services for Mildred will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday January 17, 2018 at the Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel in Durant, OK, with Pastor Bill Ledbetter officiating. Family Hour will be Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel in Durant, OK.
