Jeffery Allen Jackson, 58, passed from this life on Monday, February 26, 2024 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Jeffery was born Thursday, September 23, 1965 in Dallas, Texas to Joe Allen Jackson and Della Mae (Johnson) Jackson.
Jeff grew up and graduated from Durant High School. He was employed with J.C. Potter’s Sausage for many years. Jeff was a member of the Elks Lodge and an avid fan of OU football and the Dallas Cowboys. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by parents, Joe and Della Jackson.
He is survived by his daughter, Cassi Langley and her husband, Cody, of Calera; sons, Cole Jackson of Durant, and Hudson Jackson of Oklahoma City; a sister, Carla Daggett and her husband, Chris, of Frazee, Minnesota; and 6 grandkids Luke Langley, Marlee Jackson, Easton Langley, Bowen Langley, Kimber Jackson, and Braxton Jackson.
A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, Feb. 29, from 6-8 PM at Brown’s Funeral Home. This will be a time for his many friends to share stories with his family.
Memorial Services will take place at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 1, at Brown’s Funeral Home chapel. Minister Layne Heitz will officiate. A committal service will follow at Highland Cemetery pavilion followed by a cremation burial. Honorary pallbearers will be Brent Sutton, Daren Polson, Cody Langley, and Chris Daggett.
