Nancy Claborn, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and family member left this life too soon in Plano, Texas on Wednesday July 24, 2019 at the age of 61. A celebration of her life will be at 10:00 AM Saturday July 27, 2019 at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel in Durant, Oklahoma with Bro. Tommy Green officiating. Her final resting place will be the Highland Cemetery in Durant, Oklahoma.

Nancy was born in Durant on November 11, 1957 to Jimmie Franklin King, Sr. and Annabelle (Richardson) King. She married her beloved Joe Claborn in Blue, Oklahoma on August 30, 1984. Nancy had a compassionate nature and chose to be a healthcare provider. She loved traveling to new places, talking to dear friends and family on the phone, shopping for shoes and purses, and being with her precious cats. Nancy’s greatest thrill and pleasure was taking care of her three grandchildren making them their favorite treats; ice cream cones, pancakes, ramen noodles, and oatmeal. She showed her love through cooking for those she loved and looked forward to any time they spent together.

Mrs. Claborn is survived by her best friend and spouse Joe of the home: daughter, Stacy Bundrant and husband Corey of Durant: grandchildren, Spencer, Montana, and Jessi Bundrant all of Durant: brother, Jimmie Franklin King, Jr. of Fort Wayne, Indiana: sister, Rose Ann Arnold and husband David of Durant: brothers-in-law, Mike Claborn and wife Amy of Durant and Gary Claborn and wife Dawn of Blue, Oklahoma: sister-in-law, Janet Justus of Amarillo, Texas: she is also survived by many dear friends, nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Claborn was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Annabelle King. Through life her dad was her greatest hero.
