LaMoyne Sue Bedwell was a kind and loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was the best mom that her 3 sons could ever have. LaMoyne loved spending time on her iPad where she kept up with her family and friends on Facebook. She loved going to church, reading her bible, and worshiping her savior, Jesus Christ. She passed from this life into Heaven on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at the age of 81.
She was born at home in Pirtle, OK on July 6, 1940, to James Onis and Althea Ree (Aldridge) McManus. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Bobby Lance Bedwell.
LaMoyne leaves behind her 3 sons: Brett Lee Bedwell and wife Ranine of Washington, IL, Barry Layne Bedwell and wife Cindy of Westland, MI, Blake Lance Bedwell and wife Susan of Guthrie, OK.
She is survived by her loving brother Gary McManus and wife Joyce of Terrell, TX. She was preceded in death by her brothers Winford, Rex, Jim Ed, and Jackie.
She has grandchildren: Rebecca, Rachel, Mark, Debra, Matthew, Bradley, Melanie, Brittany, Hayden, and Hannah. She has great-grandchildren: Jason, Peyton, Olivia, Madeline, Reed, Ryan, Reagan, Ashlynn, Willow, Matthew, Paul, Henry, Rylee, and Evelyn. LaMoyne also had numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
Family hour will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, from 1-2:00pm, at the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home in Durant, OK. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 2:00pm with interment following in Highland Cemetery in Durant, OK.
