Alexander Martin Montoya III, age 52, passed away on February 4, 2021 in Durant, Oklahoma. Alexander was born to Alexander Montoya JR and Theresa Marie Flowers on March 3, 1968 in Panorama City, California. He attended Buttonwillow High School and worked in maintenance and was a translator. Alexander was Catholic and he enjoyed playing and watching sports. His favorite basketball team was the Los Angles Lakers.
He is preceded in death by his father Alexander JR Montoya and his mother Theresa Marie Flowers.
Alexander is survived by his sister Connie Marie Montoya and spouse Rene Velasquez of Los Angles, CA. His nephews Alfredo Jose Hidalgo of Los Angles, Raul Colt Hidalgo and wife Maribel of Durant. His nieces Brittany Louise Montoya of Los Angeles, CA. Brandy Lee Montoya of San Diego, CA. and Sunshine Autumn Montoya of San Diego, CA.
Graveside services are set for Tuesday February 9, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service of Durant.
