Ruby Ellen Hill, 92 of Caddo, Oklahoma passed away going home to be with Jesus Friday morning April 7, 2017 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas with her loving family at her side. She was born October 18, 1924 in Caddo to Mack and Lora Jackson White.

She married Richard Hill September 24, 1942 in Durant. They were married 74 years and 4 months.

She was preceded in death by 4 Sisters Hazel Freeman, Dreda Gibbs, Maxine Ray and Helen Ashford and 3 Brothers Orvel White, George Whits and Pete White.

Ruby was a very loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a Rosie the Rivetor during World War II. She was a professional hairdresser for many years. Her and her Husband loved country music and attended the Grand Ole Opera every Friday and Saturday night. They loved living in Nashville, Tennessee for 40 years. When they retired they returned to their home town of Caddo, OK. to be close to family and friends.

Surviving is her Husband of the home Caddo, OK. Children Ronnie Hill and Charlotte Miller of Franklin, TN. Loving Grandson Roger Miller and wife Michelle, Granddaughter Sherry Mummert. 4 Great Grandchildren Alex Brianne Miller, and Sydney Dawn Miller of Murfreesboro, TN. and Trisha and Calvin Mummert of Missouri. Sister Sandra Hallmark and Jerry of Caddo, OK. 26 Nieces and Nephews also survive.

A Graveside Service for Ruby Ellen Hill will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon April 8, 2017 at the Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo with Reverend Clifford Joines officiating. Pallbearers will be Johnny Mack Ray, Mark White, Rusty Reebes, Brian Hallmark, Delbert Birdsong and Gary Birdsong. Honorary Pallbearer will be Dusty Rhodes.
