Pat Green was born May 5, 1934 in Caney, Oklahoma to Charley Smith & Clarissa (Banta) Smith. She passed from this life Thursday, April 29, 2010 in Caddo, Oklahoma. Pat married Charles Douglas "Doug" Green on May 21, 1951 in Atoka, Oklahoma. He preceeded her in death on June 4, 2002.
She was a retired seamstress and hair dresser. Her favorite hobby was sewing and making quilts. Pat gave away serveral quilts she had made. She also left some behind for her family to cherish. She loved her Church of Christ Family.
She is survived by: Daughter: Janice Green of Caddo, Oklahoma; Sons: Reggie Green & wife Marty of Caddo, Oklahoma; Dennis Green & wife Donna of Caddo, Oklahoma; Grandsons: Christopher Green & wife Melva of Caddo, Oklahoma; Shane Green & Jessica of Caddo, Oklahoma; Bradley Green & wife Heather of Houston, Texas; Granddaughters: Samantha Perry & husband Jeremy of Caddo, Oklahoma; Keisha Green of Durant, Oklahoma; Amber English & husband Doug of Checotah, Oklahoma; Great Grandchildren: Shade Green, Cole Green, Colby Green all of Caddo, Oklahoma; Madeline Kate English & Cooper Brennan English of Checotah, Oklahoma; Sister: Charlene Crites of Oakland, Oregon; Special Family Friend: Debbie Green of Durant, Oklahoma; Spcieal Friend & Nephew: Gene Autsin; As well as many other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death: Parents: Clarissa & Charley Smith Brothers: Hardin & Perry Smith Sisters: Beatrice Austin, Opal Sadler, Dorothy Taylor.
Funeral Arrangements: Family Hour will be 6-7 P.M. Monday, May 3, 2010 at Coffey ~ Murray Funeral Home. Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 4, 2010, Caddo Church of Christ. Bro. Jimmy Stegall will officiate. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Cemetery Caddo, Oklahoma. Serving as pallbearers will be Kenny Owens, Butch Springer, Jimmy Gray, Jerry Proctor, Kenneth Rowland, Joe Joines. Honorary Pallbearers include: Julia Hyder, Peggy Hall, Wynona Renfro, John Cain, Ronnie Hodge.
