Nancy Ellen Rose passed from this life on Saturday, November 26, 2011 in Durant, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years and 10 days. She was born in Bangor, Maine on Thursday, November 16, 1944 to Harold and Harriet (Fogg) Applebee. Mrs. Rose married Chester Rose on November 15, 1979 in Breckenridge, Texas.

She was a member of The Family Worship Center in Bokchito, Oklahoma. Nancy loved to play Bingo and was very dedicated to her children.

Nancy is survived by her; mother, Harriet Applebee of Bangor, Maine; brothers, Jim Applebee and wife Linda of Bangor,Maine, Jerry Applebee and wife Gail from Bangor,Maine; Tom Applebee and wife Sherry from Bangor,Maine; daughters; Karen King and husband John of Durant,Oklahoma and Kathy Proctor of Bokchito, Oklahoma; son, Jimmy Mc Donald and wife Annette of Abilene, Texas; step-daughter, Barbara Jennings and husband Buddy of Denison, Texas; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Rose was preceded in death by her father, Harold Applebee; husband, Chester Rose; granddaughter, Christel Williams.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 3, 2011, at the Bokchito Cemetery in Bokchito, Oklahoma with Rev. Phillip Rowland officiating.
