Harrol W. Orr

Harrol W. Orr, a devoted family man and tireless worker, passed away Sunday morning, January 12, 2025.

Born on April 22, 1943, in Denison, Texas, Harrol was known for his strong work ethic and dedication to providing for his loved ones. He was always on the go, seeking out new projects and activities to keep him engaged.

Harrol was preceded in death by his wives, Connie J. (Duncan) Orr and Betty J. (Stiles) Orr; brother, Bobby J. Fry; and daughter, Tracy J. Orr.

He is survived by his sister, Nita S. Myers and husband Tom of Minnesota; brother, David W. Watson and wife Angie of Colorado; daughters, Kelly D. Wald and life partner Crystal of Pottsboro, Texas, and Micky L. Colvin of Dallas, Texas; step-children, Sandi Chesser and husband Don of Denison, Texas, Ken Stiles and wife Debbie of Mansfield, Texas, and Perry Stiles of Denison, Texas; grandchildren, Deziraye Wald and Kassidy Anderson of Denison, Texas; and great-grandchildren, Conner, Sierra, Randall, and Corbyn.

The family will cherish memories of Harrol's kindness, generosity, and unwavering commitment to those he loved.

Family and friends will gather at his Family Hour on Sunday, January 19, 2025, from 3:00-5:00 p.m., at Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, January 20, 2025, in the Holmes-Coffey-Murray Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Don Chesser officiating.

Those serving as pallbearers are Don Chesser, Perry Stiles, and Kenny Stiles.
