Nancy Claudine Doyle, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, left this earthly life on Tuesday October 2, 2018 at the age of 76. She was born in Antlers, Oklahoma on June 26, 1942 to Harley William Seay and L. Dolly Mae Seay (Phillips). Nancy was married to Eugene Davis Doyle on December 14, 1957.
Nancy worked for many years as an Educator. She was a teacher and principal. She was a member of Church of Christ. She was an alumnus of Delta Kappa Gamma. She received her Bachelors in Elementary Education and Special Education at the University of New Mexico; Master’s in General Public-School Administration from University of Oklahoma. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and baking.
Mrs. Doyle is survived by her sons: David Doyle and wife Laurie of Lubbock, Texas, Tracy Doyle wife Karmen of Kansas City, Missouri, and daughter: Deatra Fox husband James of Caddo, Oklahoma. Sisters: Retha Ingersoll of Houston, Texas, Wilma Johnson of Albany, Georgia and Helen Booth of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Brother: Glen Reagan of Mormon Lake, Arizona. Four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Doyle was preceded in death by her parents Harley William Seay and L. Dolly Mae Seay (Phillips), her husband Eugene Davis Doyle, brothers: Harold Seay, Harvey Ray Reagan, and Jim Reagan, sisters: Patsy Ruth Thompson, and La Verne Tribble.
Private Graveside service will be at Bokchito Cemetery on Friday October 5, 2018 at 10:00AM in Bokchito, Oklahoma conducted by her sons David and Tracy. Serving as pallbearers are Adam Doyle, Benjamin, Doyle, Brandon Doyle, Garrett Doyle, Tracy Doyle, David Doyle, and James Fox.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that you send donations to Lubbock Christian University Music Department, Attention Dr. Laurie Doyle, 5601 19th Street Lubbock, Texas 79407.
