Paul William Daniel of Mesquite, Texas passed away peacefully on March 7, 2020 at the age of 82. Services for Paul will be Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at Old Church in Bennington, Oklahoma at 2:00pm. Following will be internment at Bennington Cemetery in Bennington, Oklahoma.

Paul was born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire on June 20th, 1937. From there Paul and his parents moved to Imperial Beach, California. When Paul was a Junior in high school his family and him moved to Bennington, Oklahoma where he later graduated and then went on to join the United States Navy. He was a proud veteran. After Paul got out of the Navy, he attended Southeastern State College in Durant, Oklahoma. Paul’s Church home was Oates Drive Baptist Church in Mesquite, Texas. Paul was a proud member of the Hella Temple Dallas Shrine and of the Blue Lodge of Garland. Paul was a truck driver until he retired. Paul was blessed to live out his passions with beekeeping which he did for over 30 years. Being a top-notch handyman and Ham Operator. Paul always looked forward to a great home cooked meal, spending time with family and friends, camping in his Trail Manor Trailer and yearly vacations to the beach.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years Wanda John. Children Steven William Daniel and wife Cyd of Cisco, Texas, Jonathan Kenyon Daniel of Mesquite, Texas and Leaton Blair Daniel of Mesquite, Texas. Grandchildren, Timothy William Daniel of Dallas, Texas, Crystal Ann Daniel of Mesquite, Texas and Kaylee Elizabeth Daniel of Mesquite. Texas

Paul was preceded in death by his parents Clyde Nathaniel Daniel and Maude Louise Blair.
