Funeral for Brad Howard, 42, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Watonga, will be 2
p.m. Monday, Oct. 3, 2011, at First Church of the Nazarene, Watonga. Burial in
West Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, near Watonga. Arrangements by Wilson-Little Funeral
Home, Purcell.
Bradley Ray Howard was born March 28, 1969 in Watonga, Okla., and passed away
Tuesday September 27, 2011 at his home in Oklahoma City. He was the oldest of
three children of Jack and Carolyn Howard. He grew up in Watonga and graduated
in 1987.
He began working for Wheeler Brothers Feed Lot and later worked for the
railroad. Brad had lived in Oklahoma City the past year and attended the
Crestview Baptist Church. On July 25, 2010, he made a profession of faith and
the following week, on August 1, 2010, he was baptized.
He looked forward to the holidays and especially Christmas. Brad had a huge
heart and was genuinely concerned with helping others. He was a wonderful son
and brother and he genuinely cherished his family.
Brad is survived by his parents, Jack and Carolyn Howard of Ringwood, Okla.;
son, William and wife, Aarti, of Watonga, daughters, Bridgett, Mika and Bailey,
all of Watonga; his brother, Rev. Bobby Howard and wife, Amy, of Greeley, Colo.;
his sister, Amy Tolle and husband, Mike, of Purcell; several cousins, nieces and
nephews and a host of other family and friends.
