WATONGA — Funeral for Howard Hicks, 55, of Watonga, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2011, at Watonga Indian Baptist Church. The Revs. Ramus Hicks and Doug Jackson officiating. Burial in Indian Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements by Russworm Funeral Home, Watonga.

Howard was born June 22, 1956, in Clinton to Cheyenne Chief Guy Hicks Sr. and Newakis Ella Bobtail Wolf Hicks and died Monday, Aug. 22, 2011, in Watonga.

Surviving are brothers, Guy Hicks Jr. and Herman Hicks, Watonga; sister, Sherri Lynn Hicks, Watonga; eight nephews; and six nieces.

Preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and one brother.
