ENID, OK — Service for Lori Underwood will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Okeene. Burial in I.O.O.F Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements by Wilkinson Mortuary, Watonga.
Lori was born Aug, 29, 1977, in Watonga, Okla., to James and Janet Wilczek and died Monday, Oct. 7, 2013.
Surviving are husband, Zachary; sons, Trae and Brett; her parents; brothers, Jeremy and Adam; and grandmother, Theresa Wilczek.
Preceded by one sister.
Memorials be made to the charity of donors choice or the Trae Underwood account for the boys’ college education. Donations can be mailed to RR 1 Box 67, Hitchcock, OK 73744.
Lori Ann Underwood, 36, of Felt passed away on Monday, Oct. 7, 2013.

She was born Aug. 29, 1977, in Watonga, Okla., to James and Janet Wilczek.
She graduated from Lomega High School in 1995, and graduated with honors in business information systems from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1999.
She married Zachary Underwood on Jan. 8, 2000.Lori lived in Felt, Okla., where she worked with Upward Bound students through Oklahoma Panhandle State University.
Lori was diagnosed with lymphoma on April 17, 2013, and fought a courageous battle for almost six months.
Lori loved to travel with her boys and play cards with the girls. She was a wonderful assistant coach to her husband Zac, who coaches basketball in Felt.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Zachary Underwood; two sons, Trae Underwood and Brett Underwood; parents, James and Janet Wilczek; two brothers, Jeremy Wilczek and Adam Wilczek; two sisters-in-law, Michelle Wilczek and Rachel Wilczek; grandmother, Theresa Wilczek, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one sister.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to a charity of your choice or to the Trae Underwood Account for the boys’ college education. Donations can be mailed to RR 1, Box 67, Hitchcock, OK 73744.
