Vicki Faye (Irion) Westfahl
March 25, 1950 ~ May 19, 2024

Vicki Faye Westfahl was born on March 25, 1950 in Enid to Harron and Alice Irion and passed away on May 19, 2024 at Fairview at the age of 74. Vicki lived in Okeene and graduated from Okeene High School in 1968.  Her first job was at Seamans Drug in Okeene then she worked at the Okeene Mill.  In 1970 she got her Associate Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University then went on to Oklahoma State University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1972.  Vicki moved to Ringwood in 1978 and lived there until she moved to the Fairview Fellowship Home.  

Vicki got her first teaching job in Fairview where she taught for one year. Then she began teaching at Ringwood and taught there until her retirement.  She taught math, typing and accounting during her time as a teacher. She truly loved being around her students and all the school activities that went on throughout the school year.  She loved traveling to see her sons and grandchildren when she was able and attended as many Ringwood Red Devils and Waynoka Railroaders ball games as she could.   She was a very devoted mother and grandmother and took pride in her family.  Vicki was a member of the Ringwood United Methodist Church and was very active in the United Methodist Women’s group.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, Harron and Alice Irion and brother, Thomas (Tommy) Irion.

 She is survived by her sons, Chad Allan Westfahl of Austin, Texas and Beau Bradley Westfahl and wife, Kellie of Waynoka, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Bauer Cohen Westfahl of Austin, Texas, Brooks Wayne Westfahl of Waynoka, Oklahoma, Bryce Bradley Westfahl of Waynoka, Oklahoma and Sunny June Westfahl of Austin, Texas.

 Funeral service will be Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ringwood High School Gymnasium with burial to follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Okeene.  Viewing will be at the funeral home in Helena on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena.   www.lanmanmemorials.com  Facebook:   Lanman Funeral Home Inc
