Funeral service for Marnie D. Miller, 59, of Enid, will be 2 p.m. today, Aug. 22, 2009, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Sheila Combs-Francis officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery , Okeene, Okla. Services are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Marnie was born April 20, 1950, in Caldwell, Kan., to Wilber Miller and Ramona (Bozarth) Foraker and died Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2009, in Enid.

He lived in Medford until he was three, when the family moved to Enid, where he remained all his life.

He went to work at Vance Air Force Base in 1975 and was there until his death. Marnie even received two awards for his service and work at Vance. He was known as a collector. Lionel trains, antique cars and coins were his favorite, but he loved astronomy as well.

Marnie is survived by his mother and stepfather, Morris and Ramona Foraker of Garber; his father, Bill Miller of Enid; sister, Beverly Goldsberry of Fair Oaks, Calif.; and brother, Glenn Miller of Sand Springs.

Memorials can be made through the funeral home to OMRF - epilepsy division.
