Victor Koehn passed away Wednesday September 23, 2020 at the age of 81.

He was born at home in the Township of Forest, in Kingfisher County, to Delbert and Ida (Schmidt) Koehn on January 28, 1939. He attended and graduated from Okeene High School and attended OSU Technology Center in Okmulgee Oklahoma. He married his wife Doris Jane Becker on July 9, 1961 at St. John’s United Church of Christ and had recently marked their 59th year together. They were longtime residents of OKC and moved to Tuttle 2 years ago to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

Victor drove for Fleming Foods for 40 years and shared his stories from the road with friends and family. His two main hobbies in life were tinkering with mechanics, especially his early days rebuilding and maintaining his race car, and spending time outdoors camping and fishing. He enjoyed visiting local lakes as well as traveling to visit his sisters and their families across the country.

Victor was a loving husband and father and enjoyed sharing his hobbies and time with his children and grandchildren.

Victor was a lung cancer survivor and passed away at home due to complications of Parkinson, with his wife and family attending him. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Mary Lou Koehn. He is survived by his wife Doris Koehn of the home, two daughters, Terri Moorman of Tuttle and Kelly Torres and son in law Daniel Torres of Amber, grandchildren, Jeffery Moorman of Chickasha, Jennifer Moorman of Amber, Jessica (Brickman) Davis and husband Josh Davis of Amber, Joshua Torres of Oklahoma City, Jordan Torres of Amber and his great- grandchildren Kana Moorman of St. Joseph, MO, Jack and Jack Perry of Amber and Jameson Torres of Amber. His two sisters, Vivian Gailes and Bonita Pennie as well as nephews Chuck, Chris, and Len Gailes and nieces, Beth Ann Pulse and Cathy Flynn.

Graveside services for Victor will be held Monday, September 28th at 2:00pm at the Roselawn Cemetery in Okeene, Oklahoma with Gaylon Cox officiating and arranged by Wilkinson Mortuary. Memorial contributions can be made to the Parkinson Foundation of Oklahoma.
