The memorial service for Clayton Thomas Hendricks, 51, will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 31, 2009, at First United Methodist Church, Okeene. The Rev. George Rowe will officiate. A private family burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery , Okeene. Arrangements are by Ninde Funeral & Cremation, Tulsa.

He was born Jan. 25, 1958, in Okeene to Carl Thomas and Willadean Lehr Hendricks and died Sunday, July 26, 2009, in Tulsa.

He was a 1976 graduate of Okeene High School and received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1980. His profession was in the development and problem solving of sucker rods for downhole in the oil and gas industry.

Surviving are two daughters, Megan Cottrill and Katie Hendricks; one son, Chad Hendricks; one brother, William Hendricks; and his mother, Willadean Hendricks.

He was preceded in death by his father.
