Christine Little Raven
(March 23, 1940 - October 14, 2011)

The wake service for Christine Little Raven, 71, of Canton will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday evening, October 20, 2011 at the Canton Community Center with Rev. George Akeen officiating. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 21, 2011 at the Canton School Multi-purpose Building with Pastor James Scott and Rev. George Akeen officiating.

Christine Little Raven was born March 23, 1940 at Clinton, OK to Benjamin Jerome and Virginia Lonelodge (Childs) Little Raven. She departed this life on Friday, October 14, 2011 at Oklahoma City, OK. Christine was an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan and loved playing bingo. She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren, and visiting with her friends while playing cards and drinking coffee. She helped many people with needs.

Christine was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Jennie Haag and Lorene Little Raven; brothers Eugene Little Raven, Allen Little Raven, Alfred Little Raven and Maurice “Funny” Lime; Survivors include sisters Ruth Goodblanket, Mary Louise Meeks, Georgette Atkins and Beverly Childs; brothers Roy Michael Childs and Benjamin Little Raven, Sr; nieces, nephews, grandchildren and many extended family.
