TOM BOSTON DIES AT LONGDALE HOME , FEB. 16
Tom Boston, 60, and a resident near Longdale since 1899, passed away at his home on Thursday, February 16, following an illness of approximately three years.
Th deceased is survived by his wife, Nannie, and three daughters: Mrs. Elsie Cravens, Longdale, Mrs. Virgie Chaloupek, Beaver, and Mrs. Vada Bartell, Southard, and other relatives.
Thomas Marvin Boston, son of James W. and Evaline Boston, was born August 21, 1889, in Holden Missouri in Johnson County. He moved to Oklahoma with his parents in 1889.
He died Thursday, February 16, 1950, at the age of 60 years, 5 months and 25 days.
On January 27, 1920, he was united in marriage to Nannie June Youell. To this union were born three daughters.
His father and mother, four brothers and 3 sisters preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife, Nannie Boston and 3 daughters: Mrs. Elsie Cravens, Longdale; Mrs. Virgie Chaloupek, Beaver, and Mrs. Vada Bartell, Southard. 5 grandchildren, one brother, R. W. Boston of Longdale and a number of nieces, nephews, and a sister-in-law Mrs. Lucy Boston of Beaver, Oklahoma. and other relatives .
He was a kind, loving faithful husband and father and was loved by everyone that knew him.
