Deborah Jane Brewer Anderson, age 63, of Longdale, Oklahoma, passed Saturday, February 15, 2020. Deborah was born on April 17, 1956 to Clifton & Velma Brewer in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Deb was an amazing and special person. Most importantly, she helped and nurtured anyone she could. She never met a stranger, and would take time to assist anyone who needed it. She was a friend who always took time to talk and help, no matter what else was going on in her life. She understood the value of time spent together over a well-prepared meal, or even just a cup of coffee. She thrived on assisting people through counseling and overcoming addiction, she was a woman of many abilities to make the best of all situations. She will be sorely missed.
Deb was preceded in death by her father Clifton Brewer, sister Penny Teresa Brewer, brother Johnny Brewer and granddaughter Tiffany Brazil- Anderson. She is survived by her husband Gary Anderson and mother Velma Brewer; her children, William and Robin Brazil, Michael and Misi Wanzer, Carrie T. Brazil, Nicholas and Dania Anderson; grandchildren River Brazil 16, Alex Wanzer 15, Payton Wanzer 11, Paisley Wanzer 8, Hunter Brazil-Shores 13, Summer Hill 11 and Trenton Anderson 11; brother Danny James Brewer and nephews Danny James Brewer II, Aaron Brewer, Chris Brewer and nieces Merilee Sams and Michelle Henderson, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the First Baptist Church of Longdale with Tony Taylor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton, Oklahoma. Condolences may be made online at www.piercefuneralhomes.com.
