The graveside service for Floyd Henry Hanson Jr., 65, will be 2 p.m. Thursday,
Jan. 8, 2009, in Homestead Cemetery. Pastor Lonnie Ott will officiate.
Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Okeene. Visitation will be 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
He was born Oct. 26, 1943, in Okeene to Floyd H. Sr. and Ruby M. Outhier Hanson
and died Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.
He had lived in this area all his life. He was a farmer and inspector for the
State Fire Marshall's Office and a member of Homestead Bible Church.
Surviving are his mother, Ruby Hanson; two sons, Warren and Duane; one daughter,
Veronica; one brother, Harold Hanson; one sister, Sherry Hanson; and three
grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Homestead Bible Church.
