Funeral for Lois Jean Smith, 55, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011, at Union Baptist Church, Watonga. Burial in Geary Cemetery. Arrangements by Russworm Funeral Home, Watonga.
Lois was born Sept. 19, 1956, in Wetumka to Earnstene Carson and Lee Davis. She was later adopted by Ruby and Bill Smith and her name was changed from Cheryl Annette Carson. She died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, in Oklahoma City.
Surviving are biological mother, Earnstene Stafford; sister, LaShawn Davis; brother, Merrill "Speedy" Stafford; daughter, Kenya Smith; son, Kevin Scroggins; four grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.
Preceded in death by her adoptive parents and stepfather.
