Berniece L. (Penrod) Coburn

June 16, 1926 ~ April 13, 2008

Coburn, L. Berniece, 81, of Oklahoma City, passed away April 13, 2008 at Midwest Regional Medical Center. Born June 16, 1926 in Geary, OK to Elijah and Emma Penrod.

Berniece was preceded in death by her parents and husband Mike Coburn.

Berniece is survived by her beloved church family, daughters: Linda Wooten of Edmond and Debbie Gates of Midwest City, grandchildren: Christina Wooten of Edmond, Stephanie and John Caldwell of Edmond, Heather Miller of Midwest City, Emily Gates of Midwest City, Tiffany and Frank King of Oklahoma City, Charlie and Christy Gates of Marlow, great grandchildren: Kyle, Jerrad, Cole, Barry, Sierra, Blake, Levi, Brayden, and baby Michael.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Crest Baptist Church. Graveside service to follow at 2:00 PM at Geary Cemetery, Geary, OK.
