The funeral for Kenneth Herman “Ice Water” Johnson, 54, of Watonga, will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church, Watonga. The Rev. Carle King will officiate. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Watonga. Arrangements are by Russworm Funeral Home, Watonga.

He was born Feb. 23, 1951, in Watonga and died Monday, Jan. 2, 2006.

He attended Dunbar school and later Watonga High School. After high school, he joined the Navy and received his high school diploma.

He married Deborah Walker in September 1973.

He worked for Watonga Cheese Factory for 31 years.

Surviving are his mother, Hester Harper Columbus; four children, Tina Rednose of Oklahoma City, Kendell and Kennean Johnson, both of Watonga, and Keneise Johnson of Oklahoma City; five sisters, Veleria Harper of San Antonio, Rita Harper of Watonga, Victoria Williams of Wichita, Kan., Harley Jackson of Dallas and Carlotte Worthen of Oklahoma City; three brothers, Charles Bridges of Oklahoma City, Columbus Alphonza Harper of Watonga and George Worthen; and 13 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, three sisters and one brother.
