ELSIE B. CHAIN


OAKWOOD - Funeral service for Elsie B. Chain, 94, of Oakwood, will be 10 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010, at Canton Christian Church. Pastor Ray Schoonmaker officiating.

Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements by Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home , Canton.

Elsie was born July 12, 1916, in Leonel, to Paul and Alice Green Wills and died Thursday, July 22, 2010, in Okeene.

Elsie was raised in Leonel and graduated from Con-6 High School.

Preceded in death by three sons and two brothers.

Surviving are her husband, Homer, of Oakwood; son, Charles Chain and wife Susan of Liberal, Kan.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
