Linda (Abshire) Hysell
January 14, 1950 ~ July 10, 2024

Linda Hysell, aged 74, passed away surrounded by her loved ones on July 10, 2024. She was born on January 14, 1950 in Thomas, Oklahoma, to Dick and Audrey Abshire. She was a proud resident of Canton and was a 1968 graduate of Canton High School. She enjoyed sewing for her family and friends, planting flowers, watching movies with her grandchildren, and being with family and friends.

She is survived by her children Justin Hysell and Christie Schakelaar, brother Orville Abshire, granddaughters Lynsay Winn and Brooke Lantz, grandsons, Brody Martin, Ryan Hysell and Caden Koehn, and great grandson Jace Winn. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers Jerry and Robert Abshire, daughter Lori Martin and grandson Joe Johnson. Arrangements are with Pierce Funeral Home in Canton.

Viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Pierce Funeral Home, 400 W. Pine, Canton, OK. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Eagle City Cemetery with Pastor Lucas White officiating. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at
