Collins Cemetery, Blaine County, Oklahoma
Service for Ernest R. McKee, 77, 429 N. 10th, will be at 2:30 PM Thursday at the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Lyndal Bolin officiating. Burial will be in Collins Cemetery, Okeene.
McKee died Monday at Okeene Hospital following a long illness.
He was born March 10, 1908, in Pond Creek, where he worked as a barber for a number of years before moving to Enid. He continued his work in Enid until illness forced his retirement.
McKee was a member of Garriott Road Church of Christ.
He married Edith McClung in 1934.
He is survived by his wife of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Farrel (Dorothy) Stiles of Lahoma; a sister, Mrs. Bill (Lorraine) Bethel of Lebanon, Missouri; a grandson and two great – grandchildren.
