Wake services for Mary E. Starr, 54, of Watonga, Oklahoma will be held at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 6, 2019 at the Canton Native American Gymnasium. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at the same venue with Reverend Gerald Panana and Reverend Waylon Upchego officiating. Interment will follow in Cantonment Cemetery under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton, OK.
Mary was born on August 12, 1964 at Clinton, Oklahoma to Harry Bernard Starr and Frankie Lou (Medicine Bird) Hail. She departed this life on Friday evening, May 3, 2019 at Geary, Oklahoma.
Mary was raised in the Canton and Thomas communities. She attended school at Concho Boarding School. Mary enjoyed cooking and listening to Marvin Gaye and Al Green.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Danny LittleThunder;
one sister, Sharilyn LittleThunder; Survivors include three brothers, Michael
Starr of El Reno, Oklahoma, Carlos Lime of Watonga, Oklahoma and Kenny Lime of
Geary, Oklahoma; two sisters, Paula Meat of El Reno, Oklahoma and Berniece
LittleThunder of Canton, Oklahoma; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and
