Orville Paul “O.P.” Rivers, Jr.
August 14, 1963 ~ January 21, 2023

Orville Paul “O.P.” Rivers, Jr. was born August 14, 1963 to Orville and Barbara (Blackwolf) Rivers and passed on January 21, 2023 at Yukon, OK.

He spent most of his life in prison, where he earned numerous certificates. He learned to cook and also to weld. O.P. used his culinary skills cooking meals for his family.

Orville is survived by one sister, Danille Rivers; one aunt Lisa Blackwolf; uncles Linden Blackwolf and Wally Oldman. He is preceded by his parents; grandparents Tommy and Lena Blackwolf; aunts and uncles.

Wake services will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Canton Emergency Response Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 2023 at the same venue with Pastor Waylan Upchego officiating. Interment will follow at the Canton Indian Mennonite Cemetery south of Canton under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton. Condolences may be made at
