A traditional Indian wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Sunday evening, January 18, 2015 at the Canton Native American Gymnasium in Canton, OK for Ada M. (White Eagle) Littleman, 75, of Fonda, OK. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2015 at the same venue with Pastor George Akeen, Jr. and Pastor John White Eagle, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Cantonment Cemetery under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.
Ada Margaret (White Eagle) Littleman was born on January 13, 1940 at Fonda, OK to Elmer and Minerva (Left Hand) White Eagle. She departed this life on January 15, 2015 at her home near Fonda, OK. Ada attended school at Longdale, OK. She loved to do beadwork and was known for her frybread.
Ada was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Earla Bullcoming; grandson Kemper Shropshire; sister Carmel Left Hand; and brother Kenneth Left Hand;
Survivors include her husband, Earl Littleman, Sr. of the home; sons Kenneth Littleman of Yukon, OK, Theodore Littleman of El Reno, OK, Earl Littleman, Jr. of El Reno, OK and Elmer Tsatigh of Seiling, OK; grandchildren Kenny Littleman, Anna Tsatigh, Earl Littleman, III, Edgar Littleman, Aaron Bullcoming, John Bullcoming and Billie Littleman; great-grandchildren Hunter Tsatigh, Elmer Tsatigh, Jr., Isaac Tsatigh, Nicholas Tsatigh, Lizeth Van Pelt, Jacquelyn Van Pelt, Marshal Littleman, Charity Littleman, Jaime Shropshire, Cynthia Bullcoming and Erin Bullcoming; brothers John David White Eagle of Hammon, OK and Elmer Charles “Devil” Surveyor of Canton, OK; and sister Ella Akeen of Gracemont, OK; Condolences may be offered online at www.haiglerpierce.com.
