Minerva Joyce Limpy, 30, passed from this life on October 22, 2020 in Billings, Montana. Minerva was born to Mike and Edwina Limpy in Crow Agency, Montana on August 17, 1990. She graduated Lame Deer High School in Montana, and then attended South Dakota State University and later Dull Knife College on a basketball scholarship. She worked as a pharmacy technician and had recently obtained her C.D.L. as well. She loved basketball, traveling, cruising, and listening to music. She could also be found fishing, hiking, or swimming, especially with her friends. She was a proud member of the Cheyenne/Arapaho Tribe, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Minerva was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eva and Russell Tallwhiteman, and Fred and Sophia Limpy, her mother, Edwina Limpy, sisters, Edina Limpy and Tylonna Limpy, brother Jeremy Limpy; aunts, Gail, Hilda, and Corrine Tallwhiteman and Mildred Redcherries, and uncles Bill and Henry Limpy, and Raymond Littlebear.
Minerva is survived by her loving family, father Mike Limpy, sister Jessica, brothers Michael (Junior), Tony and wife Trudy, and Frank, aunts, Donna, Coreen, Frankie Jo, Betty Jo, and Anna Lou, nieces and nephews Kara, Jonathan, Isiah, Zachariah, and Kaden as well as other relatives, and a lifetime of friends, including special friends Zena Tang and Kiemo Lopez.
Wake Service will be held from 6-10 PM on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday October 30, 2020 at the Redinger Funeral Home Chapel.
Due to inclement weather, services will conclude at the chapel, no ceremonies will be held at the cemetery.
