A traditional all-night indian wake service will begin at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Canton Native American Gym for Jacqueline Ellen "Baby Girl" Hail, 55, of El Reno, OK. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the same venue with Pastor Tom Straka, Pastor Willie Doyeto and Pastor James Scott officiating. Interment will follow in the Canton Indian Mennonite Cemetery under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.
Jacqueline Ellen Hail was born November 25, 1960 at Okeene, OK to Charles Andy and Joyce Pauline (Shawnee) Hail. She departed this life on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Oklahoma City, OK. Jacqueline grew up in the Canton area and attended Canton Schools and Chilocco Indian School. She later moved to El Reno, OK. Jacqueline worked for the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes education department for 5 years and worked for the Lucky Star Casino for 4 years. She loved her dogs and her native jewelry.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents; her grandparents, Pauline Meat, Wilford Shawnee, Mae Hail and George Hail, Sr.; Survivors include three sons, Eric Hail and wife Peaches of Pawhuska, OK, Charles Hail and Thomas Two Babies, both of Canton, OK; four grandchildren, Kiona Hail, Erica Hail, Gage Hail and Teegan Hail; twin brother Jack Hail and brother Mike Osage, both of El Reno, OK; aunt Renee Meat and husband Charles Surveyor of Canton, OK; uncle Bill Pratt; best friends, Euline Sharp, Debbie Wills and Ruthie Russell; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and extended family.
