A wake service will begin at 7:00 p.m., Friday evening, October 18, 2019 at the Canton Native American Gymnasium for Maurisa Jan Gould, 38, of Canton, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the same venue with Reverend Gerald Panana officiating. Interment will follow in Canton Indian Mennonite Cemetery under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.

Maurisa Jan Gould was born November 21, 1980 at Lawton, Oklahoma to Wilda Sutton and Garland Wesley Gould, Sr. and departed this life on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Maurisa attended school at Canton, Oklahoma and St. Stephens Indian School in St. Stephens, Wyoming. She liked to cook, listen to music and spend time with her children and family. Maurisa was the comedian of the family. She made everyone laugh.

Maurisa was preceded in death by her father, Garland Gould, Sr.; son Jerome Russell Bell and daughter Angel Capri Littlethunder; sister Jeri Allen and brother Jerry Gould; Survivors include her mother, Wilda Gould of Canton, OK; five children, Sierra Rocha of Fairview, OK, Gabriel Rocha, Jeremiah Littlethunder, Kobe Littlethunder and Aleigha Littlethunder all of Canton, OK; her companion of 14 years Stephen Littlethunder of Canton, OK; nine sisters, Paula Whitebuffalo of Canton, Ashli Reyes of Midland, TX, Lindsey Gould of Canton, Roni Allen of Enid, OK, Monica Allen of Norman, OK, Tonya Moore of Edmond, OK, Resi Hampton of Watonga, OK, Regina Gould of Canton, OK and Marci Armijo of Rio Rancho, NM; two brothers, Michael Gould of Canton, OK and Jack Allen, Jr. of Hodgen, OK; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunties and uncles and other family and friends.
