John Edward "Eddie" Paulsen
June 16, 1970 ~ October 30, 2022

John Edward (Eddie) Paulsen was born June 16, 1970 in Fairview, OK to Ronald and Sharon Paulsen. He departed this life at his home in Oklahoma City on Sunday, October 30, 2022.

Eddie grew up in Canton, OK where he helped with the family farm. Growing up working with his dad on the farm was his favorite thing to do. Eddie was a free spirit, he loved life and he loved his family and friends and was always ready to help in any way he could. If you didn't want his opinion, don't ask. Eddie was a jack of all trades. No matter your issue, he could solve it. He was there for everyone. Eddie was currently living in Oklahoma City and employed by Floor Tech. He loved working with Bob and Jeff for many years. They became family.

He is preceded in death by his dad Ronald Paulsen; his grandparents Ed and Osa Paulsen and John and Rosemary Grauberger; his uncles James Ray Grauberger and Kenneth Paulsen; his aunts Jonnie Lou Walters and Pam Doak. He is survived by his friend Susan Collum; his mother and stepdad Sharon and Gary Pratt; sister Lori and husband Doug Maxwell; son Derrick and wife Ashley Wilder; daughter Kimbree and husband Anthony Peppers; grandchildren Dexter, Owen, Kason, Ja'Kobee; nephew Cory and wife Amber Weber; niece Haylee and husband Jordan Tucker; great nieces and nephews Marley, Isaac, Reese, Cole, Makenna, Carrah; uncles John and wife Cindy Grauberger and uncle Jay and wife Brenda Grauberger; aunt June Paulsen and many cousins.

Graveside committal services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2022 at Canton Cemetery with Pastor Ron Kirk officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Canton Christian Church with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
