Tina O'Neal
(August 29, 1945 - October 11, 2011)
The funeral service for Ernestine "Tina" O'Neal, 66, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 14, 2011 at Canton Christian Church with Steve Driskill officiating. Interment will follow in Canton Cemetery under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton. Tina was born August 29, 1945 at Fairview, OK to Ernest and Bertha (Latham) Mauldin. She departed this life on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Sayre, OK. She married Chuck O'Neal on August 31, 1963 at the Pentecostal Holiness Church in Canton. Tina loved her horses and going on trail rides with her friends. She enjoyed working in her yard in the spring and summer, and in winter she liked to work with yarn, making blankets for her family. She also enjoyed having her family get together for the holidays. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Chuck O'Neal; sister Pat Janzen and brother-in-law Don Janzen; Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Johnson and husband Sam of Sayre, OK and Sheri Sturm and husband Rory of Goodland, KS; one son, Ron O'Neal and wife Tammye of Canadian, TX; sister Betty Burghardt and husband Jim of Canton, OK; five grandchildren, Jonathon Kinder of Goodland, KS, Jeremy Kinder of Clinton, OK, Casey O'Neal of San Diego, CA, Cody O'Neal of Bentonville, AR and Samantha Johnson of Sayre, OK; one great-grandchild, Jett Johnson of Sayre, OK; many nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren;
