Funeral services for Jacqueline (Jackie) Ann Kopf will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday morning, September 20, 2014 at the Canton Christian Church with Pastor Orville White and John Sprunger officiating. Interment will follow in Canton Cemetery under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.
Jacqueline (Jackie) Ann Kopf was born November 1, 1952 to Jack and Margaret (Moore) Wellington in Watonga, OK. She departed this life on September 18, 2014 in her home after a hard battle with cancer.
As a child, Jackie lived in Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico while her father worked the Uranium Mines. She graduated in 1971 from West Mesa High School in Albuguerque, NM. Jackie enjoyed spending her summers in Oklahoma visiting family. Some of her fondest memories were with her cousins.
Jackie married Michael Kopf on April 13, 1974 at the First Christian Church in Canton, OK. To this marriage was born Jackie's pride and joys, two daughters, Stacie JoAnn and LeAnna Mae.
Jackie is survived by her husband Michael Kopf, of the home; daughter Stacie Louthan and husband Ryan of Chester, OK, daughter LeAnna Thompson and husband James of Higgins, Tx; mother Margaret Morris of Canton, OK; brother Mike Wellington of Jamestown, NM, brother Tommy Wellington and wife Phi of Albuquerque, NM; and mother-in-law Beverly Kopf of Southard, OK , sister-in-law Gayla Rauh and husband Danny of Canton, OK, sister-in-law Jana White of Fritch, TX., brother-in-law Randy Kopf of Southard, OK; and best friends Terry and Gary Martin of Canton, OK; she is survived also by her two grandsons that she called her angel boys, Chase and Coy Louthan, and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father Jack Wellington, step-father Shelby Morris, brother-in-law Don White, father-in-law Bob Kopf and many aunts and uncles. Condolences may be made online at www.haiglerpierce.com.
