ENID - Graveside service for Robert Honeyfield, 61, of El Reno will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2012, in Canton Cemetery. Arrangements by Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.

Robert was born Nov. 13, 1950, in Fairview to Gerald G. and Mary Rose (Kopf) Honeyfield and died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, in Oklahoma City.

Surviving are son, Gerad Honeyfield of El Reno; stepson, Brian Condit of Union City; brother, G.M. Honeyfield of Fort Cobb; three nieces, Rhonda, Monica and Jennifer; and one nephew, Rodney.

Preceded in death by one sister.

Robert Honeyfield

Graveside services for Robert Lee Honeyfield, 61, of El Reno, OK will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Canton Cemetery with Pastor Todd Pack officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton.

Robert Lee Honeyfield was born on November 13, 1950 at Fairview, OK to Gerald G. and Mary Rose (Kopf) Honeyfield. He departed this life on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Oklahoma City, OK.

Robert was raised in the Canton and Longdale areas and graduated from the 8th grade at Longdale. He graduated from high school at Canton with the class of 1969. He enjoyed fishing and antique tractors. Robert worked for many years as a truck driver and machinist.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Trilla Sue Bensch. Survivors include his son Gerad Honeyfield of El Reno, OK; step-son Brian Condit of Union City, OK; one brother, G.M. Honeyfield and wife Bonnie of Fort Cobb, OK; three nieces, Rhonda Peach, Monica Bensch and Jennifer Honeyfield; one nephew, Rodney Honeyfield; Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the Multiple Sclerosis Society with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724. Condolences may be made online at www.haiglerpierce.com.
