Enid News and Eagle
ENID - Funeral for Harley Dowling, 73, of Canton, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2012, at Canton Christian Church. Burial in Canton Cemetery. Arrangements by Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton. Condolences online at www.haiglerpierce.com.

Harley was born Sept. 10, 1938, in Okeene, Okla., to Ivan Orville and Myrlie Flora Emmitt Dowling and died Saturday, May 19, 2012, in Oklahoma City.

Surviving are wife, Joyce; daughter, Tina Embrey; grandsons, Cody and Jacob; sisters, Peggy Pheiminster, Joan Garen, Marilyn Self and Sherry Dowling; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Myrlie Dowling, and one brother.
