Winford “Wimp” Lee Odom passed away Tuesday morning, March 2, 2021, in Sayre, OK, at the age of 83 years, 6 months, and 2 days.  Wimp was born to his parents Carl and Grace (Berry) Odom August 28, 1937 in Texola, OK.
 

Wimp, as everyone knew him, has lived in Erick, OK, all of his life.  He loved to do yard work and could be hired for a fair price.  Wimp enjoyed the fellowship he received when driving his motorized wheelchair to the local C & K store to get his traditional corn dog and coffee order.  Wimp love his community and his family, and will be missed dearly.
 

Wimp is survived by his 1 sister:  Barbara Cummings of Erick, OK, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
 

He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 sisters:  Ann Pearl Reed, Ruby Butler and Willie Davis.


Graveside Memorial Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at Texola Cemetery with Pastor Charlie Floyd officiating.
