Anita Estelle Keith

Anita Estelle Keith was born March 6, 1931 on a farm outside of Reydon, Oklahoma to Molly Mae and James Eslie Gray. She passed away June 18, 2001 in Crown of Texas Hospice of Amarillo, Texas at the age of 70 years 3 months and 12 days.

Anita grew up on a farm in Reydon, OK. She attended school at Durham, OK. Anita was married to Justus Aubrey Keith at Cheyenne, OK on June 24, 1950. They lived near Reydon before moving to Amarillo, Texas in 1965 and moved to Erick, OK in 1987. Anita moved to Amarillo, Texas March of 2000 to be near her family. She enjoyed reading, ceramics, crocheting, cross-stitch and watching her children and grandchildren having fun.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one daughter, Meredith, two sons, David and Stanley, one sister and one brother.

Graveside services were held Frdiay June 22, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. at White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma, officated by Ray Smart. Burial was held at White Rose Cemetery under the direction of Fathree-Albert Funeral Home.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Osborn and husband, Tim of Amarillo, TX, Nelda Hotchkiss and husband, Alan of San Antonio, TX; two sons, Jerry Keith and wife, Sally of Amarillo, TX, Allen Keith and wife, Pam of Amarillo, TX; 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, one brother, Coe Gray of South Texas; host of relatives and friends.
