He passed away April 3, 2018 at Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 51 years, 1 month and 8 days.
Dale Ray grew up in Canadian, Texas where he graduated from high school in 1985. After graduation he remained in Canadian where he worked for Well Tech until he was transferred to Elk City, Oklahoma. He remained employed with Well Tech and even continued with them when Key Energy acquired them. Dale Ray began his own business as an owner and operator of DR Swab Services L.L.C where he was currently working. Dale Ray enjoyed fishing, spending time with his friends and being sociable with any and everyone.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Cecil and Thelma Simpson and one brother, Robert Hall.
He is survived by Angie, of the home; 1 son, Bobby Dale Simpson and fiance`, Tiffany, Branson, MO; stepson, Cody Bozarth, Elk City, OK; 6 grandchildren, Faith Simpson, Zayden Simpson, Devin Simpson, Kaiden Simpson, Braelyn, and Riley; his mother, Bobbie Jean Simpson, Elk City, OK; 1 sister, Brenda Brown, Amarillo, TX; 3 nieces, Robi Simpson, Canadian, TX, Caryn Russell and Trina Brown, both of Amarillo, TX; cousin and best friend, Bobby Grant Simpson and wife, Martheia and a host of other relatives and friends.
