She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Annie C. Kingham, in-laws Frank and Genile Luthy, brother Raymond Kingham, sisters Buena Davis, Flossie Weston and Clara Parsons.
She is survived by her husband Harold of the home, son Keith Luthy and wife Andrea of Carter, Oklahoma daughter Karla Gwartney and husband Kelley of Cheyenne, Oklahoma. She is survived by 6 grandchildren Cassie Sargent and spouse Bradley Coleman of Carter, Oklahoma Tara Fite and husband Nathan of Elk City, Oklahoma Julie Luthy and Jessica Luthy of Carter, Oklahoma Carol Carter and husband Shayne of Cheyenne, Oklahoma and Calvin Gwartney of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is survived by 7 great grand children Miya, Bryson, Zaidee, Ridlee, Shaylie, Carlie and Seth. She is also survived by one sister Iris Childress of Louisiana, and her brother Dale Kingham and his wife Corene of Panhandle, Texas numerous nieces a nephews.
