Patrick Ernest "Ernie" Tignor was born November 2, 1959 in Erick, Oklahoma to Pat and Clarence Tignor and passed away September 3, 1994 north of Sayre at the age of 34 years, 10 months and 1 day.
Ernie graduated from Sweetwater High School in 1977 and Western Oklahoma Vo-Tech as a Diesel Mechanic. He worked for Turner Brothers Trucking, Gaylor Harrington, and recently with Sayre Crop Service. Ernie was always special to his son, Christopher, and they enjoyed playing ball, hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father.
He is survived by his mother, Pat Tignor of Sayre, Oklahoma, one son, Chrisopher Tignor of Yukon, Oklahoma; four brothers, Clarence Tignor of Bushland, Texas, Dickie Tignor of Cheyenne, Oklahoma, Frankie Tignor of Texola, Oklahoma, and Glen Tignor of Sayre, Oklahoma; one sister Cindy Perry of Sweetwater, Oklahoma; two special friends Robin Johnson of Sayre and Bunk Tipton of Sayre; and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
