Myra was born to her parents Ralph and Dianne (Hall) Merrifield July 1, 1964. Myra graduated Sayre High School in 1984. She then attended South Western University, Sayre Campus for 2 years. Myra was a lover of the outdoors. She enjoyed riding horses, fishing and hunting. You could also find her wrapped up in a good book at times. She was dearly loved and will be missed greatly.
Myra is survived by her sister: Robin and husband Walter Mayfield of the home; 2 nieces: Traci and husband Michael Williamson of Elk City, OK, Betty Jean Mayfield and boyfriend, Jason Vale of Sayre, OK; 4 great nieces and nephews: Liam Mayfield, Joshua Woodworth, Jr., Eva Blagg, Terri Williamson; close friends: Lisa and Lee Rhea of Weatherford, OK, Ashley Rhea of Weatherford, OK; as well as a host of longtime friends and neighbors.
Myra is preceded in death by her step father: William (Bill) Robinson; mother: Dianne Robinson; grandfather: Dewitt Hall; grandmother: Geraldine Hall; 1st husband: Phillip Crandall; 2nd husband: Larry Smith.
