Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie Lou Boyett Solomon, 73, who died Wednesday, February 26, 1975 in University Hospital in Oklahoma City, will be Saturday, March 1, 1975 at 2 p.m. in the Assembly of God Church in Elk City.

Rev. Curtis Newton, pastor, will officiate with interment to be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Beckham County, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Solomon was born September 15, 1901 in Alabama.

She was a housewife.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Lester Solomon of Elk City; ten children, Dorthey Bridges of Midwest City; Pat L. Solomon of Elk City; Tom Solomon of Denver, Colorado; Louise Bouldin of Borger, Texas; Lillian Posey of Modesto, California; Nelda Grossman of Yukon, Oklahoma; Helen Lusky Ryan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Virgie Baker of Freemont, California; T. L. Solomon, Jr. of Sweeney, Texas; and Donna Snodgrass of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; brother, Jimmy Boyett of Southgate, California; one sister Bessie Dunfield of Bellflower, California; thirty three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as numerous friends.

Services are under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home of Lone Wolf, Oklahoma.
