Funeral services for Peter W. Smith were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Martin Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Jack Burns, officiating.

Burial was in Fairlawn Cemetery, Elk City, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Smith was born in Utah, November 2, 1898 and died last Monday in Cheyenne hospital where he had been for the past six weeks.

He was married to Ruby Ray Norwood in Chandler, March 28, 1918 and she preceded him in death in 1929.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. L. C. Dykes of Hammon; and Mrs. Jack Guarfin of Good Hope, Illinois; two sons, Teddy G. Smith of Oakland, California; and Billy R. Smith of San Francisco, California; two sisters, Mrs. Orvilla McNair of Mesa, Arizona; and Mrs. Edna Perkins of Sacramento, California; one half brother, Theodore Harrington of La Paloma, California; twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren; as well as other relatives and friends.

Three daughters preceded him in death.
