Jared Iglesias was born March 25, 1983 in Clinton, Oklahoma
to Rebecca and Leonard Iglesias. He passed away May 5, 2016 at Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma at the age of 33 years, 1 month and 10 days.
Jared grew up in Texas and Oklahoma and attended schools at Elk City until his
senior year. He began working in the oil field with various companies and was
employed with H&P as a derrick hand. Between jobs in the oil field he worked
with his uncle Doug roofing with Modern Construction. After the downturn of the
oil field he went to work full time with them. Jared enjoyed listening to music,
driving around in his car, going to the lake and spending time with his children
and all of his family.
He was preceded in death by grandmother, Betty Lee Bradley, grandfather, Luis
Iglesias, one aunt, Judith Gannon, 2 uncles, Luis Iglesias and Albert Iglesias.
He is survived by his 3 children, Jalynn, Cayden and Claire; mother, Rebecca
Herrington, Elk City, OK; father, Leonard Iglesias, Boyd, TX; brother, Jeremy
Iglesias and wife, Jamie, Oklahoma City, OK; nieces and nephews, Zane, Emily,
Amy and Isaac, all of Oklahoma City, OK; grandmother, Maria Iglesias, Boyd, TX
and numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
