She was preceded in death by her maternal great grandfather, Lester Willis, maternal great grandmother, Freda Hyde. She was also preceded in death by two paternal great grandfathers, Bobby Jack Miller and Thomas B. Hughes, Jr. and one paternal great grandmother, Mary Frances Hughes.
Hazel was greatly anticipated by her parents, Corey and Nicole Hughes, Elk City, OK; 2 sisters, Adrinna and Maylee and one brother, Leland, all of the Elk City, OK home; grandparents, Thomas and Rose Ann Hughes, Elk City, OK, Rebecca (Jones) Southard, Tuscumbia, AL and Terry Willis, Elk City, OK; aunts and uncles, Wendy Husted and husband, Nic, Norman, OK, Abigayle Willis, Del City, OK, Ryan Jones, North Carolina, Nathan Willis, Elk City, OK and Jason Hughes and wife, Cari, Elk City, OK; great grandparents, Ben Jones, Tennessee, Lucille Brittnell, Elk City, OK and Ferriel Miller, Pampa, TX and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held Thursday, August 24, 2017 at 2:30 pm at Whinery-Savage Chapel officiated by Katherine Hinds and Abigayle Willis.
Burial will be under the direction of Whinery-Savage Funeral Service.
