Funeral services for Craig Brandel will be conducted Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 10:30 a.m. from the Martin Funeral Chapel of Elk City with Rev. T. D. Gifford officiating. Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City.
Craig Edward Brandel was born August 1, 1955 at Perryville, Missouri to Roy and Beatrice Dosenbach Brandel and passed away Sunday in a car accident at the age of 50.
He graduated from Arcadia Valley High School and came to western Oklahoma in the early 1980's.
He was married to Judy Huffman on January 27, 1990 at Elk City.
Craig started Brandel Oilfield Service in 2002 which he owned and operated.
Survivors include his wife Judy Brandel of the home; children, Brandy Gean Hamblin and her husband Collion of Farmington, Missouri; John Craig Brandel and his wife Katie of Lesterville, Missouri; Tessy Baca of Park Hills, Missouri; Douglas Gibson and his wife Laura of Afton, Oklahoma; Dianna Kay Gibson of Washington, D.C.; and Jennifer Thomas and her husband Brandon of Elk City; his parents, Roy and Beatrice Brandel of Ironton, Missouri; grandcfhildren, Xaviar, Mikey, Levi, Jesse, Macy, Lacy, Chris Ann and Miamarie; two brothers, Larry Brandel and his wife Sharon of Oak Ridge, Missouri; Terry Brandel and his wife Deborah of Ironton, Missouri; three sisters, Linda Miget and her husband Ray of Perryville, Missouri; Sharon Demeno and her husband William of Ironton, Missouri; and Sandra Keeney and her husband George of Ironton, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends.
